Apart from your coaching fees that you will obviously be charging your students, we will also teach you how to add other sources of income to your wage. This is something that most coaches do not even understand and for the ones who do, it will cost that much money to set up, it will scare them off. The J4S Ethics:

The ethics from the J4S coaches is second to none towards our students and we constantly go the extra mile for them. Even though we charge our students a fee to train at J4S, money is not our motivator. We genuinely want to help our students to develop and progress. Also the present J4S coaches are loyal to each other and offer help and support.

• Who has actually played to a high standard as a centre forward or midfield player. (From good non-league standard upwards).
• Who genuinely wants to be a striker coach.
• Who genuinely has an interest in their students.
• Who is willing to develop themselves as a better coach.
• Even though they will be in their own business, is willing to work as part of the J4S team.
• Has a strong desire to be their own boss.
• Willing to work hard, to develop their own business.
• Ideally to be qualified to level 2. (We will consider people without qualifications but who have experience).
• Who are genuine, honest and most of all, trustworthy.

FAQ's

How much money will I make?

The earning potential you can make through J4S is down to you and the effort that you put in.

How many hours must I put in?

Again this is down to you. Obviously in the early days the hours that you put in will be more as you promote your new business. But as you get your classes in place, the amount of hours you put in will be much less. Also it depends how much you want to earn: If you only want to earn a few hundred pounds per week, well the hours will be minimum. However if you want to earn a lucrative income the hours that you invest will be more.

Will it be hard work?

You do not get anything in life without hard work and building your J4S business will be no different. But once you have put the foundations in place, this business becomes very easy to run.

I have my own coaching schools, why do I need J4S?

Most independent coaching schools do not make a decent income. This is because the coach does not grasp the important issues to making their business the huge success it can become! If you have already started your own coaching business great, J4S can assist you in expanding faster, through techniques you might never get to think about or have the money to fund.

I have no business skills:

This is why most independent coaching schools fail and will also unfortunately continue to fail! However by teaming up with J4S we will help you kick start your business and also develop you as a coach and businessperson. It will take you a little time but we will teach you the business skills needed to succeed in this environment.

I am too young or old?

You might be thinking, if you are too young people will not respect you, or if you are too old, you might not have the high energy levels needed to run your own coaching business. In most cases we will help you to get over this barrier. If we cannot, we will tell you.

I have no coaching qualifications:

For the correct candidate this is something that we can very easily help you with, as you will be getting all our training blue prints plus the opportunity to watch present J4S coaches in action. However we stress that you will at least need to get your FA level 1 coaching badge to start for insurance reasons. It will be a requirement from J4S that you develop yourself with further coaching qualifications. But doing it our way gives you the flexibility to earn as you learn!

I was an ex professional footballer does this guarantee me success?

Definitely not! This is because the transition from professional level to grassroot level for many players who have played the game professionally is too much. The minority will achieve this but most ex professional footballers end up coaching for professional clubs, or professional club academies, which I believe is the best option for most ex professionals. However if you are humble enough to learn, you can earn potentially double, even quadruple the wage an academy coach earns!

I want to join J4S when can I start?

Generally you will be looking at 8- 10 weeks after our initial interview. The reason for this delay is because we want to make certain that you are ready before you start and roughly this time period is what it will take for J4S to prepare and train you. We will then continue to train you over the following weeks/months because we have designed our development programme so you EARN as you learn!
